Hello there,

I hope your day is treating you well.

Hanging Out With My Brown Paper Packages...

Hi guys...Smile! the weekend is almost here. Hopefully you have some great plans lined up. I have plans of working Saturday at my real estate gig and then Sunday if the weather is nice maybe taking the kids on a family picnic, or just pottering around the house while the hubs goes nuts with the chainsaw chopping the massive blue gum for next seasons firewood supplies (all good it was one that fell down in a massive storm).

Today I'm hanging out over on 'My Brown Paper Packages' blog. I was asked by the Malinda to join in on her 'Friday Favourites' post. Jump over and check it out here.

Snapshots Of Market Day // Creative On The Coast...

So last weekend finally came! If you have been following along with my Instagram and Facebook pages you'll know what's been happening. I can now proudly say I've done my first ever market stall...YAY! It's something I've always wanted to have a go at , and for awhile there thought I was going to be a fairy doing kids face painting! I'm very thankful I went in a different direction. I think the kids would have all ended up with camoflage stripes under their eyes by the end of the day, haha. All credit to those who love to be the 'face painting fairies'.

Here are a few snap shots (not the clearest photos but you get the idea). I really enjoyed setting out the stall with the great company of my mother, Vivienne and my friend Babs. These two also poured their hearts into making some fantastic items for the stall, adding to the variety. Mum, @gretashandcraft  made some beautiful crochet and knitted items, ranging from baby blankets to pineapple tea cosies. …
